We took a group of kids for summer camp and it was awesome! The kids had a blast and the staff was very friendly and patient with us.

The staff is primarily teenagers, who do not show any respect to anyone who comes in and absolutely of no use to any customers. There is no way you can get the money back, even if you are charged, due to a fault in their system. One person gives another person's visiting card and another person gives "manager's " visiting card and it goes in an infinite loop. You make the call, and receive no response. Oh boy, their website is really sucks, not an easy way to make reservations. When the systems were migrated we were asked to pay to use the public skating time, even when we had free passes. The staff is of absolutely no use.

I quite enjoyed the ice skating area. I'd recommend you go with a friend because that makes it much more fun!

I was blown away by how nice this rink really is. The deocra on the outside is very nice and the inside beautiful. The rental shoe area was quick, friendly and guess what? The skates where nice and did not feel extremely used. Returning skates was super easy too. The establishment did not have a café but do have vending machines and a few different eatery close to the building. I will definitely come back here, the staff is really nice, the establishment is clean including restrooms and the ice is very smooth.

One of my favorite places to skate with my kids and their friends. I'd recommend Sno-King arena to everyone interested in skating. Also, very good prices!
